This comparison was done Tuesday, October 16, 2007.
I started at Big Lots Store #0289 in Nashville, TN 37211. I bought a few items they had that I needed. Big Lots carried a few brand names on household things, but things like All Free and Clear- they did not have. Which is why only a couple things are listed under Big Lots.
Although Publix will show competitive prices, my shopping experience with them today was better than Krogers and Wal-mart.
I shopped at Publix, Krogers, and WaL-mart at the Nippers Corner location. Cashiers were great at Krogers, Wal-mart and Publix, however, I had personal help and assistance while shopping from employees including even the managers at Publix.
